PACKAGING
At SVH, we're a strong team of individuals who bring a world of packaging to you with some of the finest products nestled inside... You've maybe seen our packaging at Wal-Mart, Sam's Club, K-Mart, Sears, JC Penney, Target, Toys R Us, Meijer, and your local pharmacy. From pharmacy and food packages to greeting cards and educational games, we turn out hundreds of thousands of cartons everyday.
Our Pre-Press operations process customer furnished files each and every day, helping to make last-minute changes. With our Barco system, we place the packaging files in their complete press layout and digital proofs are prepared. This technology is a huge cost-savings compared to the conventional method of 1/up furnished film pieces. SVH also creates a part number to run as a cross-match to your UPC code. This insures the proper title is pulled for production. The Barco system allows us to electronically step the files into the layout as dictated on-screen.
Our 6 Color Heidelberg CD Speedmasters print up to 24 point stock and our Bobst and Sanwa High speed die cutters cut through board with pinpoint registration.
